BLISS CAPTURES NBA CHAMPIONSHIP

OKC culminated a dramatic 2025 NBA Finals series win with a Game 7 victory over the Indiana Pacers, marking the team’s first championship since relocating to Oklahoma City and only the second in franchise history. He has served as an assistant coach since 2019, following previous roles in player development with the franchise from 2010–2015 and again in 2018–2019. In recognition of his coaching contributions and leadership, Bliss served as a head coach during the 2025 NBA All-Star Game in San Francisco. His path from Athens to the NBA sidelines is a proud reflection of the leadership and drive embodied by Bulldogs.

Tyler Jones (BBA '15) is a rising leader in the financial industry and a proud Bulldog committed to giving back to his roots. Since earning his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Terry College of Business in 2015, Jones has built a diverse and impactful career spanning nearly a decade. His professional experience includes investment banking, leadership of a multi-state distribution company, and a variety of bespoke specialty & sponsor finance roles serving clients across a wide range of industries. In 2022, Jones joined Georgia Banking Company as Vice President of Specialty Finance and later Market President where he’s earned a strong reputation for developing innovative capital strategies and fostering meaningful, cross-industry relationships.

Jones remains deeply connected to the Terry community. He is a member of the Terry College Second Century Club, supports the Ten for Terry campaign, serves on the Terry Young Alumni Board, and regularly participates in alumni events.
