Join us for Destination: TEDxUGA 2025

TEDxUGA 2025 will pursue new ideas, forge connections, and embrace experiences that deepen our understanding of one another and the world.  This year's event features three ways for you to engage, but tickets are limited, so act fast. 

MORTON THEATRE — Join us as we return to the historic Morton Theatre in downtown Athens. This storied venue will bring together the unique history and powerful ideas of our community.

WATCH PARTY — TEDxUGA will once again host a Watch Party in partnership with Trappeze Pub in downtown Athens, right next door to the Morton Theatre. Watch Party registration includes a catered dinner.

LIVESTREAM — TEDxUGA is pleased to offer an alternative viewing option by hosting a virtual livestream experience that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home.

TEDxUGA — TEDxUGA is an independently organized TED event that brings UGA’s leading thinkers and doers to the stage to share their passions, stories, research, and ideas. Every spring, the University of Georgia and Athens community come together to connect in a collective experience that has been viewed more than 6.5 million times.

Destination: TEDxUGA 2025 — Our journeys are shaped by the people we meet and the places we explore. When we pursue new ideas, forge connections, and embrace new experiences, we deepen our understanding of one another and the world. The University of Georgia is a place where many paths cross for the first time, where ideas converge and new possibilities emerge.
