A group of nine students and two professors traveled to Paris to cover the Paralympics early this semester.
Four writers and five photographers spent six days reporting on the games for the Associated Press. Welch Suggs, associate director of the Carmical Sports Media Institute, worked with the student writers, and Mark Johnson, principal lecturer, worked with the photojournalists. The AP published 20 written features and 175 photographs to a worldwide audience.
Please join us on the Schnitzer Family Media Lawn, 1:30 - 4 p.m., for an alumni tailgate. Tailgate tickets are $35 per person. Please note that parking and tickets to the game are not included. The registration deadline is Oct. 4.
