All cohorts have been notified of existing blank position descriptions. We are on track to complete this clean-up project by January 1, 2024.
The project team is actively reviewing feedback from the User Advisory Group to aid in upcoming unit meetings and ongoing efforts to build out the new job architecture.

As of October 27, 541 staff members have completed the Staff Competency Model training. This number is expected to increase significantly as we move into November. Additional training sessions have been scheduled to accommodate interested individuals, including in-person training at the Tate Student Center. We have also seen a significant interest in unit/department-specific training. These trainings are being scheduled directly with the units.
