Dear Franklin College community,
I want to welcome all of our student, faculty and staff back to campus and send greetings from the entire college to our many friends and alumni in this wonderful new year. We are so fortunate to be the nexus of scholarly activity at the University of Georgia. Campus is truly alive with intellectual engagement and collaborations across the disciplines.
This edition of the Franklin News addresses a broad audience that includes our alumni, parents and friends, as I want to bring everyone into the conversation about the Franklin College. Whether new academic programs or cluster hiring initiatives, career successes or our awareness campaign, you all have a part in this conversation about the future of Franklin. Rachael McCampbell has found true freedom following her dreams. The Franklin, Tennessee-based artist has always loved to paint, but never expected to make a career out of it. However, their world is turned upside down when a deity swaps their physical forms, leaving each man with the other’s head.
