Join us at the UGA School of Social Work courtyard on Saturday, September 28, 2024, for an exciting Georgia vs. Alabama watch party! Kickoff is at 7:30 PM, and guests can start arriving at 7:00 PM. We'll have light snacks, and you're welcome to bring your own drinks (BYOB) and food. Free parking is available, and don’t forget to bring a blanket or chair to get comfortable. Wear your red and black, and let’s cheer on the Dawgs together! Go Dawgs!

Assistant Professor Yingying Zeng has received a seed grant from The Rural Engagement Workshop for Academic Faculty at UGA. She is working in collaboration with faculty from the Archway Partnership and the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development to develop research-based solutions for rural Georgia. |

The UGA School of Social Work recently hosted its first International Student Welcome Supper, celebrating the diverse backgrounds of our global students. The event brought together international students, faculty, and staff to foster connections and build a sense of community. It was a memorable evening, marking the beginning of our international students’ journey with the School of Social Work. |
