Core Initiatives Updates 

• Continuing to solidify the job architecture, level positions within career tracks, and assign market.  

• New performance management tool rubrics are available on the UGA Journeys website under Resources.  The rubrics contain the wording that will be in the new tool. 

• As of March 20, 2,359 staff members have completed the Staff Competency Model training. Additional training sessions have been scheduled via Zoom for March.
