The new academic year is underway at the University of Georgia, and our campus is once again filled with energy, purpose and excitement. As we welcome new and returning students, faculty and staff to campus, I look forward to all that we will accomplish together in the year ahead.

To help us stay better connected, I am pleased to introduce Inside the Arch, a new monthly digest featuring the people, programs and achievements moving the University of Georgia forward. Each month I will share a brief message and several highlights from across our institution. You will also find links to social media channels at the bottom of this message, and I encourage you to follow them to keep up with campus happenings.

Thank you for bringing your dedication and commitment to the University of Georgia every day and making it such an extraordinary place.

Best wishes for a successful and rewarding academic year. Go Dawgs!

Sincerely,

Jere W. Morehead
President
