Updating Event Attendance

Party's over and now you're ready to update your event attendance. Forget the hassle and let GAIL do the work for you. Refer to our guide on updating event attendance for multiple registrants. 

 
 

Assigning Event Attributes 

Whether in-person, virtual or a hybrid of both, always assign the appropriate attribute for your event in GAIL to allow reporting to CASE on statistical information for event types. 

UGAF Year-End Closing Schedule

As we prepare to close out this fiscal year, please be mindful of UGA Foundation's year-end processing deadlines. FY22 reports won't be made available in FAME until early August. The full closing schedule can be found here.

Please join us in congratulating Rachel Peoples on being Advancement Services' first GAIL Great! Rachel is the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Terry College of Business. We're excited to present Rachel with this honor for her effort in going above and beyond to advance the GAIL database, particularly with Events.
