In case you haven’t taken a snapshot of your engagement data on the dashboard yet, this is a friendly reminder to do so! Record how your alumni engaged in FY22 and keep track of these numbers quarter over quarter! The Alumni Relations team will pull overall numbers on select dates and share our progress. Creating Marketing Efforts & Events

There's a lot to learn in GAIL, but we offer several trainings that will allow you to become #GAILGreat. Please remember, you must attend an advanced class before setting up a marketing effort or creating an event. Refer to our training outline if you need help deciding which classes you should take. 

Deleting Marketing Efforts & Registration Options 

Users no longer have the ability to delete marketing efforts and registration options. Please submit an AskIT ticket or email AskIT to get a marketing effort or registration option deleted on your behalf.

Splitting Segment/Selection Counts 

It's our goal to make sure every communication reaches it's intended target. You can help us with this goal by remembering to break down any segments or selections with more than 50,000 records before sending your communications.

Finance and Human Resources

Did you know there's an entire team dedicated to protecting our financial resources and providing support on employee relations matters. It's the Finance and Human Resources Team! If you've got questions on anything from budget/expenditures to job postings, they've got answers! See who makes up the Finance and HR team and how they can help you!

Have you recently transferred to a new department or earned a promotion? Make sure your GAIL access remains active by submitting an updated GAIL access form.

Join us as we say farewell to Eric Schmidt. Last Friday marked Eric's last day with Client Services. We're extremely grateful for all the contributions he's made during his time on our team. Advancement Services wishes Eric much success in the next chapter of his career!
