Client Services is in the process of relocating all of our GAIL video guides to Kaltura. In addition to storing videos, you can use Kaltura Capture to create your own content. It's user-friendly and has powerful but simple editing options.
Long gone are the days of repeatedly signing, scanning and faxing documents back and forth. We've moved our GAIL Access Form over to DocuSign for a more streamlined process.
Are there multiple people on your team with GAIL access? We hope so! If it's been more than a year since you first got trained, sign your team up for a refresher training. We are now offering them on all GAIL topics.
