Feature Spotlight of the Month |
It's no secret that GAIL is an extremely robust system and users have the ability to perform a wide range of tasks. No matter your purpose for using GAIL, it's our mission to showcase the many fantastic features that you may not know exist.
This month, we're reintroducing the Annual Giving Dashboard. |
If you haven't had a chance to explore the new and improved dashboard, we encourage you to check it out and see how well your unit is performing when it comes to annual giving. |
Client Services has developed an instructional video to help walk you through the constituent prospecting tool. |
We are excited to announce the next phase of the PEP transition. Starting next month, pre-class assignments for ALL trainings will be assigned in PEP, rather than the eLC. |
Don't forget to activate your email marketing efforts before the final send so that incoming donations can be properly linked to the effort as they are received. |

This July, we will celebrate 10 years of GAIL! Whether you've been on this journey since 2013, or a new user, we couldn't have made it this far without your hard work and dedication. Let's take you back to Year 1 with some "Did You Know?" trivia. |
| Did you know we committed 87,245 revenue transactions in FY14? |
| That was compared to the 72,140 transactions committed in FY13. 843 opportunities also committed revenue in the first year. |
Did you know FY14 closed with 5,771,306 mail and 9,387,417 email communications? |
Communications included event invitations, general correspondence pieces, acknowledgement letters, receipts, pledge reminders, and tribute letters. |
| Did you know 997 events were created? |
| This resulted in 10,986 event registrations. |
We'll showcase many more accomplishments in GAIL from the past ten years. Also, stay tuned for a special anniversary edition of Tips & Tricks in July.
