New Features & System Updates

The Gift Accounting and Advancement IT teams are happy to introduce a new Event Approval Form in TeamDynamix.

 

Event coordinators can now submit event details for UGA Foundation approval through the UGAF ticketing system. 

 

Client Services News

Please join us as we bid a fond farewell to Taejah Harper. Taejah has made a huge, positive impact on our team and her efforts will forever be sincerely appreciated. Her last day working with Client Services will be Thursday, April 27. While she will certainly be missed, we wish her all the best in her next professional endeavor with UGA.

 

Going forward, please submit all of your GAIL questions and requests as a ticket to AskIT and the Client Services and Advancement IT teams will continue to provide the high level of support you’re accustomed to.

Relocation of GAIL Trainings

GAIL trainings will no longer be held in the Engagement Center of One Press Place.

Location information for in-person classes will be given after registration.

 

 

 

Event Contact vs. Event Coordinator 

There's been a bit of confusion between event contact and event  coordinator. The event contact is directly connected to the location chosen for your event. The event coordinator should be used to identify the team member organizing the event. 

Marketing Effort Templates

Please be reminded that when you are using/editing Seeds, changes should NOT be made to any of the actual Communication Templates. Edits should be made within your marketing effort only.

GAIL Anniversary ?

This July, we will celebrate 10 years of GAIL! Whether you've been on this journey since the beginning, or you're a new user just getting started, we couldn't have made it this far without your hard work and dedication!

 

This month, we're continuing our "Did You Know?" trivia with the GAIL Steering Committee. 

Did you know GAIL Steering started with just 10 members? Two of which are still active GAIL users today!

 

The purpose of the committee was to gather representatives from schools, colleges, or units who used GAIL to discuss issues, enhancements, customizations, and vote on changes to the system. 

 

Although leadership decided to forego future steering meetings, the committee ended strong with more than 50 members!
