Congratulations to our #AgDawg alumna, Jill Stephens Walton (BSA '99, MPA '03), for being named the next Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Georgia. Walton, who was leading the university’s development division on an interim basis and has formerly served as the senior executive director of development, will officially assume the role December 1st.
“I appreciate President Morehead for entrusting me with the opportunity to serve an institution that has been part of my life since I was born,” Walton said. “From wearing red and black as a child to my time in 4-H to serving as an orientation leader and being a proud recipient of scholarships during my time as a student, the University of Georgia means so much to me and this is truly a full circle moment. I look forward to continuing to serve UGA by helping donors, alumni and supporters make an impact across this incredible institution and beyond.”

The fundraising goal for this effort is $25,000 to fully endow this fund and permanently honor Dr. Broder for his nearly five decades of service.
