Joining the U.S. Navy allowed Toby Palmer (BSA - Entomology, ’01; BSA - Poultry Science, ’01) to do “things that most people in those fields only talk about doing or hope that they get to do one day,” he said. “We were actually getting to go to these places and start up insect control to help the local populations.”

The 66th UGA CAES Alumni Association Awards is set for April 9 at noon in UGA's Tate Student Center Grand Hall.

Do you know an incoming freshman, transfer or current CAES student?

 

The CAES Undergraduate Scholarship portal is open! Apply online to be considered for all general scholarships. Applications are due March 1, 2022.

 

The CAES Prospective Students Scholarship application is also open and is a separate application. Applications are due March 18, 2022.

Your gift allows the CAES Alumni Association to connect, engage and celebrate with alumni, students and friends of the college. Contributions support student scholarships and provide enrichment opportunities for students and alumni.

Thursday, March 17

5:30 p.m.

Join other Ag Dawgs at the Hills and Dales estate. An optional house and garden tour will be available at 5:00 p.m. and the event will begin at 5:30 p.m.
