Click the link below to download the ONESolution request access form. Upon completion of this form you must also sign up for a campus user training session. A list of classes can be found within the Classroom tab of this website. Class attendance is required for obtaining access to the system.
ONESolution is a financial database that hosts complete fund accounting records such as investment appreciation, expenses, and spending budget calculations. This program replaced IFAS in January 2014. To gain access to the ONESolution system, users must register for, and participate in, the ONESolution Report training.
All ONESolution Classroom Training will be held at the Milledge Centre (located at 394 S. Milledge Ave, Athens). Please see the receptionist upon entering the building to receive your temporary parking pass.
- Please submit your ONESolution Access & Confidentiality form at least one week prior to the class date you will attend. Completed forms should be sent to Advancement Services via email to ASKIT@uga.edu, by fax to 542-8185, or by campus mail to Milledge Centre.
- Your Supervisor must request access to the 02 Virtual Private Network on your behalf. Click here to request access to the 02 VPN.
- Enroll in ArchPass DUO, UGA’s two-factor authentication and install the application on your mobile device. Click here to enroll in ArchPass Duo.
You will receive an email from Leslie West, David Ornelas, or Cindy Bond confirming your class registration is complete.
- Report Training
During this class we will discuss the major functions of OneSolution and the basic layout and navigation of the program. We will also learn about the different types of funds that are housed in OneSolution and the most common reports that are run. You can use reports in OneSolution to find spending budgets, current fund balances, and itemized lists of expenditures.
- ONESolution Online Webform Check Request Training
If your school/college/unit is currently using the online OneSolution webform to process check requests, you will be eligible to register for the check request training class. In this class, we will discuss how to login and navigate the webform. We will also go over any UGA Foundation policies and supporting documentation that you might need to process an expenditure. Finally, we will learn how to submit your check request and navigate its progress through the workflow.
If you are interested in using the online check request webform, but your school/college/unit does not currently have access, please contact David Manley (email@example.com) in the Expenditure Control department.
