Honoring King's legacy

Charlie Maddox — a local pastor, veteran, life member of the NAACP and an established community leader — was one of five recipients of the 2021 President’s Fulfilling the Dream Award. “I’ve gotten a lot of awards,” he said, “but to be selected was a high honor. Some things you just get in the past, but that tops the list.”

New UGA program introduces students to industry needs

The new Student Industry Fellows Program, supported by The Delta Air Lines Foundation, brings students together from a range of disciplines to solve new and pressing industry-related challenges.

New COVID-19 cases remain low at UGA

Reports of COVID-19 at UGA remain low, with 32 individuals reporting positive tests for the week of March 15-21. The number sets another record for the lowest amount recorded since August.

Director makes vital connections for UGA engineering students
