![]() Correspondence Clean Up Project Beginning October 12th, we will retire any correspondence process that has not been run since 7/1/19, should be moved to another communications module, or pulls LYBUNTS or SYBUNTS from previous years to clean up your view in the system. These processes will not be deleted, and no records will be untagged. New Features & System Updates ![]() Non-Primary Education Records in GAIL We heard you! Non-primary degree information is now available in GAIL before a student graduates. To avoid duplication, minors will only be listed on the primary degree. If you have questions about this change, email them to askit@uga.edu. ![]() Auburn vs. Georgia Giving Challenge The Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry is moving to a new playing field: charitable giving. Join us for Beat Week by promoting gifts to YOUR school/college/unit/cause through this campaign.
When: Today through Saturday, Oct. 3 at midnight What Counts: Any gift. Any designation. Any amount. Any donor. Who: All donors are encouraged to participate. Our focus is to attract alumni participation specifically. Where: AUvUGA.com shows the head-to-head numbers. This is the link you should share to view the competition as it stands with periodic data refreshes. From there, visitors will be redirected to our donation page. Approved Methods for Sharing GAIL Data If you find yourself needing to share GAIL data with anyone who does not currently have GAIL access, please remember that they must be on our approved vendor list or you must obtain a Non-Disclosure Agreement. In all cases, you are required to use SendFiles.
