Educational Involvements

Education and Involvements are very important components of a students time at UGA. While we receive Sorority and Fraternity updates each semester from Registrars, we rely on our users to share their lists of participants in the various extracurricular activities such as clubs, study abroad, athletics, honors, etc. See article for how you can get your lists updated in GAIL.

Do Not Email | Blocked Constituents

As you are probably aware, there are constituents in GAIL that you are unable to reach via email due to them having a Do Not Email alert on their email address (Contact tab). Click here for information on how you can share the email block removal request link with your blocked constituents.

What is an Acquisition List?

Do you have an excel list of people that are not in GAIL (and maybe don’t need to be set up in GAIL) that you would like to send a communication piece to using GAIL/BEE?  The office of Client Services can help you make that happen! Send us an ASKIT ticket to get the conversation started!

What can my student help me with?

Your student, intern, grad assistant and temp staff can help you with a variety of GAIL tasks, but there are also some tasks that they are not eligible to assist with. Check out this helpful chart.

In Person GAIL classes have returned!
