Core Initiatives Updates 

• The February User Advisory Group discussed and provided examples of the leveling process that includes mapping positions to their appropriate levels based on job description (KSAOs, Summary, and Duties/Responsibilities), SOC match, and SOC (Standard Occupation Codes) related data including standard tasks, required experience levels, education levels, etc. from the Department of Labor and O*NET.

• Staff Competency Model for Supervisors training is now live! See dates below or log into PEP to view all upcoming dates. 

   

• As of February 23rd, 2102 staff members have completed the Staff Competency Model training. Additional training sessions have been scheduled via Zoom for March. 

Question of the Month

QUESTION: When will I be able to see an example of the new performance management tool and/or the rubrics? 
 
ANSWER: We are planning to load all of that information to the Journeys website once the current evaluation period closes. This is in an attempt to avoid any confusion with the current evaluation period that is using the current form.
