Parents and Students Active Constituencies

As you know, current UGA students have recently been added to the GAIL system and with that came the Active Constituencies on both records.  On the Students record, you will see “Student”, naturally, and on the Parent’s record, you will now see “Parent” constituency.  Under the Relationship tab for each individual is where you will see the relationship of either Parent or Child.  From the child’s record, you can drill in by clicking on the “Student” constituency to see the Education information containing their expected graduation date, degree, etc.
