Constituent Note Report

A new notes report has been created to allow you to search for constituent notes over a time period based on date, note type (Class Note, Awards/Scholarships, Obituaries, etc), note author (mostly GAIL users), and the note source (CRM or via the Web).

**Side note: this report was designed specifically with Alumni, Georgia Magazine, and Records in mind, but it could be useful to other users as well.”

Here’s what you do:

Click into the “Analysis” functional area and choose “Constituent reports”.

Once there you’ll select the “Constituent note report”.

A criteria screen will appear – enter the criteria details and click “View Report”. The results display and will look similar to the image shown below.
