2016-2017 Alumni Directory Initiative

The Alumni Association is in the opening phase of a year-long Alumni Directory project conducted by Publishing Concepts, LP (aka PCI). PCI will begin communication with alumni in March, 2016 and conclude with a final directory being produced in March, 2017.  UGA Alumni will receive e-mails, postcards, and calls to verify and update their information on record in GAIL.  Most of the contact with alumni will occur through in-bound calls to university representatives at PCI.  Demographic changes will pass between UGA and PCI for the duration of the campaign.  Alumni buying a published directory will also make a UGAF gift as part of the purchase transaction which will aid in our fundraising efforts.  A communications plan and detailed FAQ on the project are forthcoming.
