Gift Report by Site

If you need a report that is directly associated with Annual Giving, this one is for you! This report shows all annual giving (including individual transactions, donor names, and designations) for all payments to a particular area.

You can easily get to this report by clicking into the Revenue functional area. The report will be listed under the Custom Reports section.

Enter your report criteria and click View Report.

**Please keep in mind that this is NOT a picture of “total fundraising” (new gifts and pledges). These are the actual transactions within the specified time period.**

*Please ensure that a Non-Disclosure Agreement has been signed before sharing information with an individual or vendor outside of GAIL. When sharing data all documents must be sent through the SendFiles application. http://support.dar.uga.edu/GAIL/ask-it/
Once the appropriate mandatory forms have been received, then you may use UGA’s secure file transmittal method of SENDFILES. Do not ever send GAIL data through regular email as it is not secure by any means.
