The GAIL Research & Prospect Management (RPM) course was designed to help fundraisers use our database to develop long-term, meaningful relationships between UGA and its donors. As a fundraiser at UGA, you are expected to manage a portfolio of over 75 individuals and/or organizations. That’s a lot! You’re going to need a full arsenal of tools and information to keep yourself organized and on top of your prospects and that is what RPM training is all about. You will learn how to set up detailed giving plans, locate useful metrics, accept or reject referrals, submit research requests, and much more! (This class is required for all major giving officers and annual giving officers.)

Before registering for this class, please make sure you have already participated in the GAIL 101 All Users training course.
