GAIL Events Management

Are you currently managing your events though a complex spreadsheet? Are you spending money on a third-party event management software? It’s time for an upgrade! The GAIL Events Management course is designed for faculty and staff who will be in charge of coordinating events on behalf of their school or department. Topics covered during this course will include: inviting and registering constituents for events, designing email invitations, tracking expenses and tasks, creating seating charts, and more!
Before registering for this class, please make sure you have already participated in the GAIL 101 All Users training course.
If you are a student worker, intern, or graduate assistant, you will need to register for the GAIL Communications Assistance course.
