GAIL Communications Assistance
June 1 - December 31
Want to put a professional face on your department’s email campaigns? Want to make sure your audience is really impressed when your message hits their inbox? Well, communication assistance training is for you! This class focuses in on using BEE, GAIL’s built in email editor, to its full potential. Learn how to customize every piece of your message, find on-brand resources, and adapt your design for an increasingly mobile-focused recipient. With the techniques you’ll learn in communication assistance training along with your attention to detail, your message will go out looking it’s best, increasing audience engagement, revenue, and event registrations for your department in the process! This class typically lasts for 90 minutes and is held in the Milledge Center training room. It’s best suited for those who work with marketing efforts and/or events in GAIL (you should take the marketing efforts or events class first), those in a email design focused role, and is also open to student workers.
Before registering for this class, please make sure you have already participated in the GAIL 101 All Users training or GAIL 101 Student Worker training. When submitting your request to sign up for this class, please include several possible times when you would be available to attend this 90 minute training.
