“Prospects of” Groups Now Include Plan Participants
The various “Prospects of” groups now automatically include as members any plan participants (e.g., spouses, foundation contacts, companies, etc.) that are listed on Development Officer’s active plans.
Calendar Year End Giving Reminder
Development Officers, as you discuss calendar year end giving with donors, please refer your “prospects of_” group record for current giving information.
New Opportunities Tile
There is a new “Opportunities” tile in GAIL that displays opportunities for the constituent and their spouse.
Fundraiser Task Bar
Development Officers, in an effort to simplify email configurations, these options are now available in the task bar of your constituent profile and the My fundraiser page!
Prospects & Plans Filtering Options
Filtering options are available to view prospects with active plans in order of preference by opportunity status, plan stage, and plan type.
Opportunities Tab in the Prospect Screen
A new tab for Opportunities is now available on the Prospect screen as a second-tier tab. Additional features within the Opportunities sub-tab are the Amount and Total paid columns.
Total LAIT Score now available in “Prospects Of…” Group Listings
Development Officers, a new feature is now available to view your Prospect’s total LAIT score in your portfolio’s group listing.
