With the ongoing clean-up project for Planned Gifts in GAIL, some pre-existing planned gifts are appearing in the school/college/unit’s Acknowledgement processes due to the data updates being added to each of these planned gifts, and this is causing some confusion for users.  So in order to alert you of which planned gifts are old vs. newly established planned gifts and payments, we have added an additional data field to everyone’s export definition files called “Revenue Date” which will indicate when the revenue was originally received, and will help to identify older payments that may have been adjusted.  The Revenue Date field has been added to the very end (last column) of your export files.
